The Feltwell Elementary Literary Society Club gives elementary students a fun, welcoming space to explore books beyond the classroom. Members read and discuss stories, share favorite authors and genres, and participate in creative activities like reader’s theater, book talks, poetry sharing, and simple writing projects. The club encourages a love of reading, thoughtful discussion, and confidence in expressing ideas while building a strong community of young readers.

This club centers on FIRST® LEGO® League’s six Core Values—Discovery, Impact, Innovation, Teamwork, and Fun. Students work in pairs to design and program LEGO® SPIKE™ Prime robots, apply the Engineering Design Process, and complete mission challenges. Teams participate in the Europe Robotics Competition, building teamwork and sportsmanship through friendly competition.

Soccer Club is where young athletes learn the basics of the game, including dribbling, passing, and shooting. Students practice teamwork, staying active, and encouraging their classmates while they play. Everyone participates, tries their best, and learns new skills together. We learn that being a great teammate is even more important than winning the game.

The Feltwell Running Club encourages students to stay active while building healthy habits and perseverance. Students participate in short, age-appropriate runs or movement challenges, set personal goals, and track their progress over time. The club emphasizes effort, sportsmanship, and encouragement rather than competition. Along the way, students learn about teamwork, stamina, and the importance of staying active for both physical and mental well-being—all in a fun, supportive environment.

The Feltwell Elementary Student Council gives students a voice in their school community. The council helps students understand civic responsibility and shows them how their ideas can make a difference.

The Hedgehog Singers provides Feltwell Elementary students with a joyful opportunity to explore music and develop their voices in a supportive environment. Members learn age-appropriate songs, practice vocal techniques, and build confidence through group singing and performance activities. The club encourages teamwork, self-expression, and a love of music, often preparing students to share their songs at school events or assemblies.

The Hero Hedgehog Podcast Club gives students a fun, creative way to share their voices and ideas. Students work together to plan short podcast episodes by brainstorming topics, writing simple scripts, and practicing clear speaking and listening skills. They learn how to record, take turns as hosts or guests, and respectfully respond to one another’s ideas. Episodes might include book talks, interviews, school news, and jokes. The club builds confidence, teamwork, communication skills, and digital citizenship all while having fun telling stories and being heard.
